SHIPPING
We ship your items the day after receiving your payment during business days/hours. We ship all valuable items as registered post. We send by Dutch registered postal package, unfortunately no tracking numbers ar available. Shipping cost is calculated automatically, please inform us if the automatic calculation should seem incorrect.
Please contact us if you want your items to be shipped by TNT or UPS for faster delivery (surcharge will be applied).
Please ONLY contact us for shipments if you shipment has not arrived within 10 days, we are unable to answer any questions about your shipment as soon as it is in the hands of the Postal services. We have no tracking numbers available and have no means of tracking your shipments of cartridges which are sent by normal letter post. We are not liable for the safe arrival of letter post shipments for cartridges or spare parts.
*We count our Business Day as Monday to Friday. The Post Office closes at 16 P.M.
**Note: Customer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax, if any. Please verify with your customs before making purchases.
***Shipping cost for some European countries and ALL countries outside Europe is 21 EURO by registered post.
We will always add extra free cartridges (quantity depending on the amount of your order) to your shipment IF your order has a minimum total of 100 EURO.
PAYMENTS
You can pay by International Banktransfer or pay through Paypal. We have a secure and easy-to-use Paypal payment solution that lets you pay online using a credit card, bank account, or your PayPal balance: simply choose Paypal payment at check out and follow the instructions EXACTLY as stated at the bottom of the invoice you received by e-mail. If you dont have a paypal account but you do have a credit card, you can sign up with Paypal and link your credit card to your Paypal account, this allows you to pay by Paypal immediately. If you pay by Paypal, we will always add 5 free cartridges to cover the handling cost if your order is 100 EURO or more.

Note: All returns must arrive to our warehouse in original condition with unopened original packaging. JantyShop does not pay for return shipping or grant refunds for items that arrive to our warehouse in damaged condition.
Please note the original and return shipping and handling charge will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances.
Exceptions:
For hygienic reasons we DO NOT offer exchange or refund on cartridges.
Return Method:
Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return order. Please include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information or comments that you would like to provide.
